No 1 Osborne Terrace

I suspect, judging by the Victorian buildings beside it, that No. 1 Osborne Terrace was a lovely building in the past before the vandals put this rubbish up in the 70's. The only thing you can say is that it will fall down well before it's Victorian neighbours!
