Calm before the Storm

I am a huge lover of all things Chilli, so much so that I now make a range of Chilli products that are called 'Strongman Chillies'.
These are my favourite chillies in the whole world, from the island of Rodrigues just off Mauritius and I believe they are also the smallest chilli in the world.
Their size doesn't detract from their heat and as with all chillies you never know exactly how hot they're going to be until you taste them.
At times these can be dynamite!!!
