The new cycling group has issued a self-portrait challenge.

Well, of course when a man reaches a certain age he don't want to be wobbling along the road trying to snap himself, he's more likely to snap an ankle than a photograph.
We leave that sort of thing to the lycra clad, head down bums up, young' uns.

So under my strict art direction, Mr Blogs shot this portrait in an effort to convey the dignity and elegance of a hand build machine perfectly matched to it's owner.

It's about standards - yes standards.
