Crabapple

The City of Ottawa are trying to plant 100,000 new trees in Ottawa in a year, so every household that registers gets a free tree. We picked a pink crab-apple and we are trying to decide where to put it (in the front yard or back yard). It's a beautiful wee tree and it has already started blooming.
