Naf and my folks

Today was a brilliant day. To carry on the Eid celebrations we had an invite to our friends for lunch. It was a mission getting my dad out of the house as he was convinced he should be left behind...too old etc blah blah but I let him know he was needed and he relented. The result was a beautiful meal together with great stories about old times and new. I feel really blessed to still have my parents in my life, a boyfriend who is patient and generous and friends who took the time to make things special and have lots of love to give. Eid Mubarak!
