Hillside

It was an early (ish) start for us today as we were off to the Hillside Shire Horse Sanctuary with my sister in law and various kidlets. The weather wasn't brilliant, not particulary cold and the rain stayed away which was a bonus. The kids had an absolutely fab time, running around the play area like loons :) They were giving away a free adoption of an animal with every paying party and Arwen chose to adopt the big Clydesdale shire horse called William. He is a real beauty! This isn't him though, this is a Suffolk Punch and for the life of me can't remember his name!

It was a really good day out, definitely worth the money (although it wasn't that much to be fair) and we'll definitely go again. And again. :)
