Chain city

This chain just popped up on Guadalupe St. (aka "the drag") by campus. Kinda a shame as Austin is usually pretty good about supporting local and has a great number of independent coffeeshops around as any college city should. Suppose real estate was too high for a local shop to take the great location?

Anyways, still a bummer.
