Renault 16

I hadnt seen one of these in years. I still remember going with my dad to pick up our new red Renalult 16. It might even be one of my earliest memories. It was definitely my first experience of modernism. Compared to our old Austin the Renault seemed so cool and futeristic. Looking at one now its amazing how basic and clunky it is. Still beautiful though. The 16 was also the car that my dad broke his neck in and the last time I saw ours it was crushed nearly in half from the crash. I still have fond memories of it though.
