Vegetable Patch

An Interesting day today. After completing the Jotter, J and I went with his sister and a friend to an Open Day of The Mill at 'Tuckmill' (an area just outside the town where I live). The Mill is badly in need of repair, but it could be clearly seen how it had worked back in its day. Lots of stone and wood and some metal. The owner put on a wonderful barbeque spread with the help of his sister and her husband.

Later, some friends were having a garden party in aid of Somalia in their house. The picture is the back of their house where C grows vegetables to sell at markets. Another great spread (which is what I will have if I keep going!) with the freshest of salads.

I brought home some chocolate cake for supper, couldn't resist.
