Tray Bake

One of the great things about being home is the tray bakes. This one is called "Pinkie" and is a bit more work to make. Mum made this morning!!!

It was requested by her number one grand-daughter (my niece) as she went in for a wee day op today.

Betwen some being droped off at her new house and some ending up in my tummy, hubby's tummy and Dad's tummy there is very little left.
