Recovery

The morning after the night before. After getting up relatively early, we tidied the house and garden in double quick time and were left with the day to ourselves.

We went on a run out in the general direction of the seaside, but when we got to Saltburn it was packed so like Forrest Gump we just kept on going. We ended up in Staithes which is a very peculiar little place, we bought fish and chips and ate them in the car. We didn't get out for a walk and blip because we were a) stuffed from the chips and b) it was a bit windy and our delayed hangovers were starting to kick in!

So we headed back towards home and decided to call into Great Ayton for ice cream. On the way past I stopped and grabbed this blip of a well known local landmark from a view I don't often see. I was a little disappointed with the blip as I had wanted to try to get the heaviness of the clouds a little clearer, but hey ho and as the prophet Jagger once said; you can't always get what you want.
