Daily Planet

Not sure why, but this adornment on top of the building on the corner of Princes Street and South St Andrews Street always makes me think of the daily planet logo.

Not sure where I have this vision of the Daily Planet logo from, I suspect it was re-runs of the George Reeves TV series of superman on Grampian when I was visiting my Grandparents as a kid, but I suppose it could be from either the films or the comic instead.

Had another new class to teach today but I feel like I'm starting to settle back in now.
