Whirlitzer

A fairground ride in Cardiff Bay for the harbour festival this evening. Think it's called a Whirlitzer, but may be wrong... Enlighten me if you know what it's actually called! Loved the bright colours against the moody blue sky. The bay really comes alive at night, with all the lights bleeding into the harbour waters. Well worth a stroll down of an evening.
