Healthy snacks

After starting booty camp on Saturday I felt I ought to take some of their nutritional advice. Especially as I've agreed to get weighed each week!

A busy day of shopping and knitting today. Got lots of bargains at the shops and my cardi is really coming along now.

Logan has a runny nose but is otherwise in great spirits. Nursery let Aidan nap till 3.15pm and he was a nightmare to get to bed tonight. We'll have to tell them tomorrow that he's not allowed to sleep that late.
