Getting on the property bench?

We had a nice day in Lyme Regis today and I was spoiled for choice with possible blips, but in the end this one won as I've never come across a bench for sale in an estate agents window!

From what I understand from the blurb, you don't even get first dibs on the bench if you own it ( see last line ):
