Trip to the Seaside

Today I met up with R & S, my flatmates from my time in New Zealand, they live in London Town now and were down in the Shire for the weekend.

It was lovely to see them hear there news and talk Triathlon with them, oh and plan our weeks skiing together next year!

We met in Lyme Regis, its lovely, had a walk along the beach, saw a few fossels, and eat some chips by the sea!

The sun was trying to come out and did put in an appearance, just to top of the day.

Now for a few zzz before nights tonight!
