Vindaloo

I have always imagined "Vindaloo" is Indian for "Find a loo". With Jo as the ingredients gatherer and me as the chef, tonight was 30 minute feast, inspired by Jamie Oliver, although not really following his method exactly...which upset Jo.
It was very good. The whole curry took me 25 minutes to make. Beef Vindaloo for me and fried cheese with Vindaloo dipping sauce for Jo. And rice of course.
