Spooked goose

I came across these geese on the Manchester ship canal. I tried to get in close as my camera is non zoom, but sadly they must have thought I wanted to put goose on the menu and made good their escape.

Bad timing really. If I'd waited half a second all three had launched themselves off the quay.
