Sunday Morning at the Park
Alexander and Daddy and me went for stroll as it was quite sunny, and not actively pouring with rain this morning, and explored the little park near my parents' house. There is a pretty impressive sand and water play area, and we had a go on the swings and slide (nobody else was watching so we all had a go).
There is also some sort of Wall of Death slide-rider which I was tempted by, but thought it would be undignified for Mummy to break her wrist falling off it. Maybe next time....
The park wasn't completely deserted though: there were some diehard bowlers and spectators. It must have pretty wet out there, although I suppose it's well drained. And the sun was lovely and warm.
We had a lovely Sunday lunch and then went to visit Uncle Paul and Auntie Ann. On the way out, we had to rescue a sleepy bee from Alexander's jumper and give it some honey to eat.
