Hondshalstermeer

A hike of 13.9 km from Nieuwolda to Wagenborgen and back.
We had fairly good weather with only a few drops.
In Wagenborgen we hoped the local bar "De Zon" (the Sun) was open and luckily it was!!
Once we were inside the sky burst open....
So we had coffee and tosti's (for a very low price) and when we were finished the rain stopped.
The owner is very glad with the workers at the new plants of NUON and RWE, because they live in a kind of temporary parc nearby and they are good customers of the bars and restaurants.
Not everybody is happy with the new coal plants acccording to this sign asking to cancel the contract to buy electricity from RWE/Essent...
