Ouch!!

Obviously overdid the time out in the sun/heat yesterday, feel as if my head is ready to implode.

Nauseous as well, my own fault for not wearing a cap/glasses or sun cream, but i just wasn't expecting it to be so nice!

Anyway day in a dark room for me with pint after pint of....... water, and a rather poor sp for a blip.

Will try and comment later but if not will catch up tomorrow.
