Free tip for my friends. When you visit our new home for the first time, it might be well worth to mention how small the rooms are (compared to our current house). Yes, we might not have noticed the difference in building industry over the last 100 years (which is the age difference of our current and the new house).

And you could tell us all the nice things we should do.

Or then again, maybe not.

Most probably you end up making me sad. Or something else, which isn't that nice.
