STEP AWAY FROM THE BAP....

Now before anyone accuses me of size-ism i was sat having a coffee after buying a pair of jeans 4 inches bigger in the waist than the pair i bought only 2 years back!
I Blame giving up boxing 3 years ago and giving up smoking 4 months ago!
Just the site of these chaps tucking into huge bacon baps (whilst drinking diet coke?!) made me determined to get rid of those 4 inches asap!!!
Running shoes back out tomorrow!!!!
