Fiesta de San Gines

Today is the festival thanking tourists in Sanxenxo, by barbecuing hundreds of sardines and giving these out with bread and vino. The queue is long and the sardine cooking intense. A few performers keep the children entertained and young girls and boys walk around inexplicably in traditional dress. Sardines and wine for breakfast is fairly hardcore but very fresh and delicious.
