The last tennis lesson.

The kids were taken by bus to a proper court today for their last free lesson. If we want to continue it'll cost me around 120tl per child, per month, which is about £37. That's for 3 lessons a week. Too many, too much I think. I'd be much happier with one lesson, so looks like we may have to play play on our own and wait for next summer's free lessons to begin again!
Yesterday the kids all received a bag, t-shirt, cap and certificate for participating this summer. The mayor of Bodrum was there to congratulate them all in the ceremony.

My boys played their second street basketball match yesterday. The 3rd team member didn't turn up, so at the last second a new boy joined them. He was older and talented so, although they still lost, it was a much closer match. The score was 6-7, the winning goal scored within the last 5 seconds. Unfortunately that rendered them out of the competition, but they should still get a medal tomorrow night.
