The New Motah!

Okay, not very different from yesterday's departing model - just a little... longer... Loaded with bikes, one of the reasons we scaled up. And if anyone is thinking 'but it's not a 'real' Mini'. No. It's not. For a start it doesn't rust in the same way...

Okay, so it's not small enough to live up to its name, but then Mitsubishi had a car called the 'Carisma' which had anything but; the Ford Focus doesn't, in my experience, lead to any better more attentive divers; oh, and Mitsubishi again had has 'Invincible' on the side of one of their daft pickups that usually adorn accountancy and legal offices, which is possibly slightly optimistic.

And since when did a misnomer mean that a car wasn't good? Or fun to drive?

Anyway, today WAS fun. Though we're a bit sad to see our old blue hatch go (and, rather bizarrely, we saw our first Mini One today as well - first time in ages!).

p.s. plan had been for a 'clever' photo, but it just didn't work. Anyway, tomorrow the bikes will be loaded for a ride up in Fife.
