Ironic not, it's Peckham and part of Bold Tendencies art and sculture installation on the top of a disused multi storey car park in Peckham, complete with Frank's Cafe and Campari Bar.

Spent the day going to art shows in Peckham and amazing roof top views of London. Hoxton you try too hard, that's why South London beats the rest of the city.
