Wet slates

A very wet dreary day today, for me best illustrated by the wet slates on the roof of my office in Town.

Not mush doing today just work work work. I did get along to the bike shop to look at a few models, the sale is on and some decent discounts available from the prices I was considering a month ago. I guess with this weather, and the increasing Autumnal feeling in the air, there's not much decent biking weather left.

Anyway, I always enjoyed cycling, never a runner, and this may be one of the best ways to get back to better shape and continue the weight loss/fitness regime.
