Pagan Wedding

First - sorry to remove the pic of Percy Pig - it was taken on Friday but somehow the Iphone ap had set it to be Saturday ???. Anyway I really want to get a picture from teh wedding so Percy will have to go

This is part of our freinds Chris & Polly's wedding ceremony. after the civil ceremony we all joined them in a field in Cwmdu, Wales, for their Pagan ceremony (I think it was pagan) . It was a great ceremony, with jumping over broomsticks, & here part of receiving the blessings from the elements in this case earth I think.

It was a great day with much champagne cider & beer being enjoyed from 2pm until midnight,and a real festival atmosphere to the whole day. Eventually just after midnight they were taken off in the back of a pickup to their wedding night Yurt on the top of a hill. I will try to get a few more pics on Blipflio later
