James silhouetted on the steps down to Penarth beach this evening. Great to smell the fresh sea air and listen to the waves after a wet, dreary day in the city. Fantastic meal this evening too - Tribe Tribe on Cowbridge Rd East. African cuisine with Welsh hosts, great food and very friendly service. Thanks to James's Nana for the money to go out to eat tonight!
