It was much brighter at half six this morning with the sun just catching this container ship heading for Greenock.

Another busy day at work but lovely chilled evening with the children; eating Chinese food, catching up with x-factor and treated myself to a cheeky wee French martini. If I use enough pineapple juice does it count as one of my five a day?
