Named and Shamed.

I spotted this just after I parked the car near a well known fast food chicken place. Clearly, the owner of this car was not in a rush to get the car fixed - instead proudly advertising the name of the person accused of causing the damage. Who knows, maybe Matt Morgan is not insured, or hasn't got the funds to repair the damage - or simply denies all knowledge of the work done?!

I didn't fancy hanging around this car too long, hence the shot being slightly out of focus. In any case, I was rather hungry and wanted to re-direct my efforts into the Colonels Secret Recipe.
