Wedding Ring

My wedding ring has featured once before on blip, but today it is the main feature. That is because today is the third anniversary of my wedding. My wife made it for me herself, and I made hers.

I made dinner for her to celebrate - out of the Gordon Ramsay cookbook she bought me for Christmas. Oven roast duck breast with carmelised swede and fondant potatoes. Oooh, but the prawns in sweet chilli sauce with rocket were all my own idea. The Chocoloate Indulgence Cake (thanks Tesco) was a dead cert for approval though!
