Not on a school night

Went to see a comedian with the chaps and chapesses from the office. A quick pint and a curry before hand in the 9 Cellars next door to the Stand. Alun Cochrane was a pretty funny guy and the Stand is still as good as I remember it to be as a venue. A few beers afterwards and the last train home. A good night had by all.

However, I do have two small complaints. Firstly I have a small hangover this morning, must have been the whisky sours and the gin twists. So an emergency Bacon Roll was required (don't tell the Mrs). Second complaint is about the old guy that thinks he is god in the Stand. I had a shout out of "I want my money back" when the comedian announced that the bar would be closed during the performance. God then tapped me on the shoulder and muttered something about the fact they do give refunds but not to shout out during the performance. He wasn't a happy boy (the irony). But apart from that it was all good (just don't mention Scottish football).
