Delivery Day

I think I will make some roasted garlic/parsley red potatoes tonight. Since I have my homegrown De Padrone chili's, I might chop up one of them and add.

Since I got 3 peaches this week and I have a mango already, I might make a peach/mango salsa too.

The apples, this week, are Ginger Gold. I'm interested to try, since I have never tasted them.
