Hand-cut chips

Another day of making it up as we go along, par for the course in HE in these interesting times. I had an appointment with the chiropractor who was able to detect the un-stiffening of my spine that had presumably resulted from a week of no internet access + fine Belgian beers. It won't be long before it's all locked up again, I suspect.

We had to go to the Vaults (I know, dirty work but somebody has to do it, etc) in order to buy a bottle of single cask nectar as a present for some friends. So while we were there, we thought we might as well have a beer and something to eat. As you do. Venison burgers and hand-cut chips, with mustard mayonnaise.
