Me - Arty Photography!

Took this picture only cause my boyfriend said he likes my eyes and keeps going on about my eyes, but I failed at taking picture of my eyes but turnt out not too bad I thought and I edited it to make it look arty but am not sure if am aloud to on here ohps! I like it though as I like doing art as well as photography!
