May the 1st be with you

After a quite horrible, horrible evening (which I won't even discuss) and then finding out that one of the sheep and a bucket took out Mary's mum damaging her ankle, this afternoon has been quite glorious. The sun is out and it feels like a summers day apart from the cold wind that is. I went out today to try and get a picture of the friendly Mr pheasant, but he was nowhere to be seen, so this Starling filled in for him.
