The first of many?

This is the first 90th birthday bouquet, brought by friends on Tuesday. I suspect our house may be the home for a few more flowers over the next couple of weeks. Mum will be 90 on September 5th so the excitement is mounting.

Today was a day of appointments. I had a long (50min) dental appointment to prepare for a crown. Not the most pleasant activity but I just took myself through the first stages of self hypnosis and that helped a lot. Later in the day I was back on Corbridge with a poorly cat. Not sure what is wrong; may be a UTI.

I've been designing posters for the Walking Festival tonight. Hope the rest of the committee like them.
