Blues
Sorry for posting late. Yesterday was a bittersweet day for me.
I said goodbye to a lot of people, received a lot of very nice and friendly messages, and many things to reinforce to me that "I did good" in the past year. But many things, lunch especially, reinforced how I am also going to miss my team, and how I don't feel I was done... I guess we always leave unfinished ties... It's a bit like having a voodoo doll in oneself, with a pin for each person who ever works for you, even the ones you leave behind.
All changes are more or less tinged with melancholy, for what we are leaving behind is part of ourselves.

I had an event somewhere on the south bank, so went up to Blackfriars. Ended up being fined for having the wrong ticket, so I was a bit grumpy. Decided to walk as there was only a light drizzle. Which promptly turned into very strong rain, should have made me grumpier but actually the light got all yellow and cool so I took photos and felt happier.
I am sure the future will be fine, eventually, but I couldn't help but feel rather isolated and exposed. I wanted to use this other image to illustrate this but it just didnt look right resized for blip.
