Spread your wings and fly

So, I have been very bad at keeping up with my blips lately, I do have an excuse though - my masters Dissertation (which I am cleverly procrastinating against by blipping).

The news I hear you say? Well, I have 11000 words of 15000 done, and 9000 of those redrafted. I have a new gadget, my iPad, which I am totally in love with, oh and a PhD place at Lancaster University.

Thank you to all who commented on my candle blip, I appreciate it; I knew Mike was ill, but it is still saddening to get that phone call. I will miss him, and am intending to dedicate my first book to him - and my nana, two inspirational people in my life.

OK, I'm going back to my essay now...
