A Good Sign...

Occasionally (OK, more than occasionally) my inner geography geek takes over. My current client is based in Stockport and so I find myself there a fair bit. It would be unkind to suggest that one of Stockport's main virtues is that is it's easy to get to other places from it, but as this nice old fashioned signpost suggests, it's en route to places as exotic as Carlisle!

The building at the rear is the Town Hall, nicknamed the Wedding Cake by locals...
