The Art of the Possible

Dedicated to the Edinburgh blippers I know. 'This is a tram...a tram', as Monty Python would say. It was installed at least ten years ago, at a reasonable cost, runs for 13 miles out of town connecting suburban areas to the west, and everyone likes it. Normally when something is made possible lots of other examples of the same follow quickly....I suppose there's always the exception that makes the rule!
