Do-in

Today I took pictures of the do-in exercises. My do-in teacher wants to have some pictures on her website
I was very pleased to take these pictures and also a little film with basic exercises.
The word do-in is japanese and means the way inside.
Do-in exercises brings the body in balance. It are exercises a shiatsu therapist makes before treatment.
For just common people like me do-in exercises are usefull for stretching the body.
