The heroes of the revolution working for the domestic rubbish department, (Scavvies), reversed into a telephone pole then hurtled off.

The heroes from BT Openreach arrived within 24 hours, whacked in a new pole and were just about to reconnect the wires. Not bad service lads.

The guy operating the crane asked "Is this a still life?" which displayed a bit of self deprecation and wit. :-))
