Lock your Houses & Protect your Daughters

Every spring at this time the school board sponsers a carnival in the parking lot of the high school. It is a way of rasing money and the people who attend seem to enjoy themselves.

However...

Watching the local paper will show an increase in small crimes and even some of the larger ones. The carnival people are America's answer to the travelers of Ireland or the gypsies of Europe. They are definately a clan unto themselves and have no reguard for those outside their group. This will be a week to be watchful and aware.
