Dia de Pollo

Today after a long day of running errands and job searching I made this delicious dinner with my friends. I made a dry rubbed chicken breast while drinking mixed drinks and taking tequila shots. In my opinion it tantalized the pallet and engorged the senses in a way that was pretty much mouthgazmic!!! It filled us up and made us feel good at the same time!!!!!
