Going Mobile

My friend and colleague L doesn't like it when I take her photograph, hence the blurriness at the photo's left side caused by her hand. She allowed me to borrow her car today so that I could help my son move a few things from an apartment. I took this as she was dropping me off and while she fielded a phone call from another colleague. Secretly, I think she doesn't mind because she allowed me to to shoot her in a studio set-up a year or so ago after only a wee bit of cajoling. I have know her for almost twenty-five years, and we have become better friends since we began working together about seven years ago.

She is a survivor of breast cancer.
