African Dance

Went to the African Dance class in center city (with LIVE music!). SOOOO much fun! We even got to "perform" for each other! I can hardly wait until they come back again!

Afterward we found our "hooping" friends again and spend some time working really hard to combine our new African dance skills with our lack of hula-hooping skills...not the best combination for me yet, but entertaining for the on lookers.

Then Regis and I tried to practice our squat charleston in our 5x5ft laundry room...

Good times :) Free dancing should be involved in my life on a more regular basis...like....every day...maybe even a few times a day... I dunno ;)
