Magical mushrooms of Hachijojima

This island has 7 species of phosphorescent mushrooms growing in its forests, including this one which is world's brightest. It is an amazing sight that still impresses me, to walk in pure black forest at night and suddenly to see these little glowing lights. It's as if I have entered into a Ghibili Animation scene from Mononoke Hime animation. After years of seeing these, I'm still in awe
